I used the trial and I got all my songs on my iTunes but they are all blocked in the 30 sec, is there any way to recover the full version??

I just bought CopyToy and it doesn't show any of my songs. It works for my photos, apps, and contacts, but it only displays my voice memos under "Music" so it's worthless for your tunes. Latest gen, updated MacBook Air and multiple iDevices up to iPhone 5s and iPad Air/Mini Retina.

They haven't responded to emails, so I'm filing a Paypal dispute.
